Dark blue almost black ( original title: AzulOscuroCasiNegro ). 's a Spanish movie drama from 2006 Daniel Sánchez Arévalo directed and wrote the screenplay, starring Quim Gutiérrez, Marta Etura and Antonio de la Torre.

Action

Jorge works as a concierge in an apartment building, where he himself lives with his father. He had seven years earlier suffered a stroke when he caught Jorge in an act of vandalism, and has been in need of care. Jorge feel guilty and maintains that caring. At the same time he studied in a distance learning and trying to find a better job in a company that denied him remains, however, as it can not explain in job interviews and wants to know why his resume is a gap of just these seven years.

In the same apartment building and Natalia, Jorge's childhood sweetheart, who returns after an internship abroad lives. Jorge still loves it, but he feels towards her always inferior, which has so far prevented the two became a couple.

If Jorge does not care about his father, he spends most of his time on the roof of the apartment block with his best friend Israel, which is named for its resemblance with Sean Penn " Sean". From there they watch the other inhabitants of the district and discuss about their lives.

In this situation, Antonio, Jorge's brother, who is in prison, with an unusual request up to him; he is his girlfriend Paula, who he met in prison, pregnant, because he himself is impotent and Paula is mistreated by the other inmates.
