Ąžuoliukas

Ąžuoliukas (Eng. ' oak Nchen ') is a was established in 1959 by Hermanas Perelšteinas boyhood and youth choir in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius. 1979 " Ąžuoliukas " School of Music was founded. Here the choir members learn music ( solfege, music literature, harmony, conducting and instrumental music ). In the school there are 50 teachers. The organization is a public institution ( Viešoji įstaiga Berniukų ir jaunuolių Choras " Ąžuoliukas ").

History

On 3 September 1959, the first trial took place in the club of the communications staff. There were 30 boys guided by Hermanas Perelšteinas. June 1962 was the first choir concert abroad (Riga, Latvia) and 1963 guested in Riga and Tallinn (Estonia ), 1965 in Moscow, in 1973 in East Germany (16 concerts), the festival " Berlin Festival "; 1974 in Artek (Ukraine ), 1978 in Minsk.
