B68 Toftir
B68 Toftir, full name Tofta Ítróttarfelag B68, is a Faroese football club based in Toftir on the island Eysturoy.
History
The club was founded in 1962 unofficially, but its official founding date is December 21, 1968. According to the promotion to the top Faroese league, the first Deild 1981, the football club in 1984, 1985 and 1992, the Faroese football championship called could føroyameistaraheiti, win. In addition, B68 was in the 1995 Cup final, subject, however, there HB Tórshavn 1:3. The end of 2004 the club was relegated as Table from the 2nd Deild. After the immediate revival took place in 2006 as the second last renewed descent. However, it could turn the title in the second league win and thus played since 2008 in the Effodeildin. The home games are played in the 5,000 -seat stadium Svangaskarð ( natural turf ) or on the sports field Svangaskarð ( artificial turf ) in front of a maximum of 2,000 spectators.
In international football, the club was active several times, but always different from the first round of each competition. In the UEFA Intertoto Cup, he was able to achieve a decent result with a 0-0 draw against Belgian club Lokeren SC on June 23, 2001.

Women's Soccer
The women's team of B68 has played four times in the first Deild. The first season in the top division was completed in 1997 on the second to last place. After the first leg against relegation NSÍ Runavík was won 4-2, it came in the second leg to a 0-3 defeat, which meant relegation. As recently as 2001 B68 returned to the first division and formed in 2004 with GÍ Gøta a gaming community that was dissolved after the season. From 2008, the club competed in a lottery syndicate with NSÍ Runavík and managed in the first season in third place promotion to the first division.
