Backscatter
Backscattering (English backscatter or backscattering ) is the share of a wave or a particle stream, the back throws a falling object in the direction of the source. Example: A radar transmits a highly concentrated pulse direction plane. The irregular case, the signal spreads in all directions and only a small portion passes back to the radar station, the back-scattering is low. High backscatter is achieved by triple mirror and cat eyes. The term is used in many fields of science, including in electrical engineering, physics or astronomy application.
