Bad Hall

Bad Hall is a town and health resort with 4796 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013 ) in Upper Austria in the district of Steyr-Land in Traun quarter. The competent court is the district of Steyr-Land.

Geography

The expansion is 6.4 kilometers from north to south, from west to east 4 km away. 6.8% of the area is forested, 74.4 % are used for agriculture.

History

The Celts knew the source of salt in Sulzbach. Later salt was obtained for the consumption of the water. Public transportation: Bad Hall was formerly connected with the branch lines Pyhrnbahn and Steyrtalbahn on the railway network.
