Badolato
Badolato is an Italian town in the province of Catanzaro in Calabria with 3157 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012).
Location and data
Badolato is located 50 km south of Catanzaro on the eastern slopes of Serre. The neighboring municipalities are Brognaturo (VV), Isca sullo Ionio, San Sostene and Santa Caterina dello Ionio. The district Badolato Marina is situated right on the sea with the opportunity for water sports.
Attractions
In the resort radicals a castle wall. In the church of San Isidoro, there are frescoes. Works of art from the 15th and 16th centuries can be found in the church of the Reformed.
