Bagamanoc, Catanduanes

Bagamanoc is a Philippine municipality of the island province of Catanduanes. It has 11,370 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ) living in 18 barangays. The community is described as partly urban and belongs to the fifth income class municipalities in the Philippines. Bagamanoc is located about 361 km southeast of the capital of the Philippines Manila and 40 km north of the provincial capital Virac. The municipality is situated on the east coast of the island, the Philippine Sea.

The climate of the island of Catanduanes is classified as Type II, with no pronounced dry or wet season, the highest rainfall occurs from October to December. The community is located within the typhoon in the Philippines.
