Bahamas at the 1956 Summer Olympics

The Bahamas participated in the Summer Olympics in 1956 in Melbourne, Australia with a delegation of four athletes (all men) in four competitions in two sports part. It was won a medal (bronze). The youngest athlete was the athlete Tom Robinson (18 years and 253 days), the oldest athlete was the sailor Durward Knowles (39 years and 25 days). It was the second participation of the country in the Olympic Summer Games.
