Baixo Vouga Subregion

The Baixo Vouga is a Portuguese subregion and the Centro region and part of the district of Aveiro. The subregion is bordered to the north by the Greater Porto and Douro e Vouga Entre to the, to the east by the Dão Lafões, to the south by the Baixo Mondego and to the west by the Atlantic Ocean. The area of ​​the sub-region is 1804 km ². 2001, there were 385 725 people in the Baixo Vouga. The subregion consists of twelve counties:
