Baked potato

Baked potatoes or baked potatoes are unpeeled potatoes, which are cooked without the addition of liquid in the glow of a fire in an earth oven or oven. Preparation

There are different variations of the preparation:

  • In another variant, potatoes are washed, brushed and halved unpeeled lengthwise.
