Baker & McKenzie is an international law firm in the area of business law. It was founded in 1949 by Russell Baker and John McKenzie in Chicago and now employs more than 4100 lawyers in 75 offices in 47 countries.

In the German offices (Berlin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich) are over 200 lawyers, the Austrian office (Vienna) more than 30 lawyers and offices in the Swiss ( Geneva and Zurich ) about 80 lawyers worked.
