Bakmi

Bami (or Bamie, Ba -Mie, Bakmi, Bakami etc. ) is the Malay word for noodles not from mung bean starch ( rice noodles ) or rice flour, but are made from wheat flour. They are the local variant of the popular in the Southeast Asian region Mie noodles. A common dish on Bami Goreng - Bami base.
