The Bashkirian Airlines (short: Bal ) was a Russian airline based in Ufa
History
Originally Bashkirian Airlines was established as a sister company of Aeroflot. The airline led by domestic flights between Moscow, Nadym, Nizhnevartovsk, Novy Urengoy, St. Petersburg, Surgut and Ufa. International goals were Baku, Dushanbe, Hurghada, Istanbul and Yerevan. In 2006, the Russian flight safety authority FTOA eluded the airline pilot's license and placed it after security overhauls to the machine restores. In May 2007, Bashkirian Airlines reported but then files for bankruptcy and ceased flight operations. Prior to bankruptcy in 1513 people were employed.

Incidents
Bashkirian Airlines Flight 2937 was 2002 with the public interest, as in German airspace over Überlingen on Lake Constance, a Tupolev Tu- 154M of the airline with a Boeing 757-200 DHL collided. In this case, 71 people were killed.
