Baldet (lunar crater)

Baldet is an impact crater on the side of the moon. It lies in the basalt and lavareichen region between the craters Cori in the north, Stoney in the southwest and Minkowski in the southeast.

The crater rim is low and weathered, but in its original round shape. The shallow crater inside is filled with lava and has a lower than ambient albedo.
