The Balgarup River is a river in south-west of the Australian state of Western Australia.
Geography
Its headwaters located in the southeast of the city of Kojonup. It flows in a westerly direction to its confluence with the Arthur River to the Blackwood River.

History
The river's name goes back to a word in the local Aboriginal language. The first land survey of the area was conducted in 1840 by Alfred Hillman.
