Ballesteros (Cagayan)

Ballesteros is a town in the Philippine province of Cagayan. The municipality is located north of the province on the South China Sea and was founded in 1912. The place is inhabited by various Philippine peoples. The largest are the Ilocano and the Negrito. In 2010, the 125.1 km ² area counted 32,215 residents, resulting in a population density of 258 inhabitants per km ².
