Ballet Shoes is a film adaptation of the same name, published in 1936 the novel Ballet Shoes by Noel Streatfeild from the year 2007. Recordings were directed by Sandra Gold Bacher. The first broadcast took place on BBC One on 26 December 2007.

A previous adaptation of Ballet Shoes was founded in 1975 as a television series produced by the BBC and directed by Timothy Combe.

Action

The story revolves around the three adopted sisters, Pauline, Petrova and Posy Fossil, who live close to the poverty along with her ​​guardian Sylvia Brown. Sylvia is the niece of " Gum" (Great Uncle Matthew ). This breaks one day to one of his trips, but does not return. From then on, the girls have to take care of themselves. By the time they discover their various talents: acting, the interest in machines and of course, ballet.
