Balmaseda

Balmaseda (Spanish: Valmaseda ) is a municipality of the province of Biscay, in the Basque Country, Spain. Balmaseda is located approximately 30 km southwest of Biscay capital of Bilbao and is the capital of Valle Encartaciones.

Balmesera is a small historic town in the southwest of the province of Biscay and is a major center of furniture and steel industry in the region. Through the city flows the Cadagua.
