Balthasar Schneider

Balthasar Schneider ( born November 27, 1984 in Egg ) is a former austrian ski jumper.

Career

Schneider made ​​his international debut for the season 1999/ 00 in Ski Jumping Continental Cup. In his first season he reached with 60 points ranked 127 overall. In the following season 2000/ 01 he improved to 97 points at No. 92 overall.

On 1 February 2001 Schneider started in the Junior World Championship 2001 in Karpacz. In the team competition on the normal hill, he secured together with Stefan Kaiser, Manuel Fettner and Florian Liegl behind the Finnish team the silver medal. On January 4, 2002 Schneider 2001/ 02 in Innsbruck was in the Four Hills Tournament for the first time at a World Cup competition in the National group.
