Bamboo Engineering is a British motorsport team.

History

Bamboo Engineering was founded by Richard Coleman in July 2009 after his retirement from Tempus Sport. Coleman and Julien Tanser, owner of Tempus Sport, had a series of disagreements over the technical, operational and financial structures of the team. With Bamboo Engineering Tempus driver Harry Vaulkhard changed. The first race of Bamboo Engineering took place on August 2, 2009 at the races in the British Touring Car Championship at Snetterton. It was completed the 2009 season of Vaulkhard with 22 points on the 16th place in the drivers' standings and six points in twelfth place in the team standings.

For the 2010 season ventured Bamboo Engineering the step of the British Touring Car Championship for the World Touring Car Championship. As the driver of the Chevrolet Lacetti Harry Vaulkhard and Darryl O'Young be used. Both drivers were competitive right from the start. Already in the fifth round at Monza Vauklhard won the first world championship point.
