Banco Bradesco

Banco Bradesco S. A. ( Abbreviation of Banco Brasileiro de Descontos ) is a financial company from Brazil, headquartered in Osasco. The company is listed on the financial index IBOVESPA. The Bank is one of the four largest banks in the country, including Banco do Brasil, Banco Itaú Unibanco and be counted.

Bradesco is the largest private bank in Brazil and operates 4,634 banking offices in Brazil (as of 2012).

The company offers Internet banking, insurance services, credit card services, loans and other financial services.

International operates Banco Bradesco bank branches in New York City, Grand Cayman and Nassau, as well as branches in Nassau, Luxembourg, Buenos Aires, Grand Cayman and Tokyo.

Through its subsidiary Brade saving Bradesco holds company shares in the mining company Companhia Vale do Rio Doce; well it holds shares in the energy company CPFL Energia.

In 2009, Bradesco has opened a branch on a river boat in order to reach customers in geographically separated regions. Offered are essentially checking accounts and consumer loans. In the two - month intervals over 11 cities and 50 towns between the cities of Manaus and Tabatinga are approached. The tour is 1,600 km long and lasts for seven days.
