Banco de Previsión Social

The Instituto de Jubilaciones y Pensiones Civils, formerly also known under the name Banco de Prevision Social, is a structure in the Uruguayan capital of Montevideo.

Built in 1937 Office building located in Barrio Cordón at Calle Colonia from 1851 to 1881 and the streets Eduardo Acevedo, Mercedes and Avenida Daniel Fernández Crespo. As architects Beltrán Arbeleche and Miguel Canale were responsible. The building, which is located near the new headquarters of the Banco de Prevision Social is classified as Bien of Interest Municipal since 1995.
