Bandai Visual K. K. (Japaneseバンダイ ビジュアル 株式会社, Bandai Bijuaru Kabushiki - gaisha ) is a Japanese anime producer based in Tokyo. The company, which was founded in 1983 as a subsidiary of Bandai, has approximately 150 employees. Chief Executive Officer is Kazumi Kawashiro. Since the buyback of shares by Namco Bandai Holdings, the company is owned 93.63 % by the parent company.
