Bang Kwang Central Prison

Bang Kwang ( officially Bang Kwang Central Prison, Thai: เรือนจำ กลาง บาง ขวาง, RTGS: Rueancham sound Bang Khwang ) is a high-security prison for men in Nonthaburi Province north- northeast of Bangkok, capital of Thailand.

Bang Kwang is also known as the " Bangkok Hilton " or " Big Tiger". It is considered one of the most unpleasant prisons worldwide. Here especially drug dealers and owners are remanded in custody.
