Bangkok Metropolitan Region

The Bangkok Metropolitan Region (BMR ) ( Thai: กรุงเทพมหานคร และ ปริมณฑล ) in Thailand includes except the city of Bangkok Nakhon Pathom provinces, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Sakhon and Samut Prakan.

Overview

The area of ​​the Bangkok Metropolitan Region is 7761.5 square kilometers. In the 2010 census, 14.57 million people were counted in the metropolitan area, registered at the registration office with main residence were in the same year, 10.33 million.
