On 17 June 2008, GE Money Bank has all the (then 65.9 %) acquired the shares previously held by UniCredit. Bank BPH in Poland offers financial services of various kinds. In January 1995, the company was first listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Until 20 March 2008, the Bank was listed on the stock market index WIG 20.
