Banner Records

Banner Records was an American record label, transferred, among other jazz recordings.

History

Banner Records was founded in 1922 by the Plaza Music Company. First, partial plates were published by the Emerson Records and Paramount Records again. Banners recording studio was in New York City, where at that time the most record companies had their seat. Recording Director, Adrian Schubert, who also led the company's own orchestra. The label was with his nationally available publications generally considered relatively low. 1928 merged the banner Records with the Pathé Records and Cameo Records for American Record Corporation, shortly ARC Records. Until 1938 published Banner continues plates and subsequently once in 1939 bought up several plates of Klezmer Records.
