Barania Góra
The Barania Góra ( German: Aries Mountain ) is a mountain in Poland. With a height of 1220 m, it is the second highest mountain in the Silesian Beskids and the highest elevation in the Polish part of Upper Silesia. The mountain is a popular tourist destination, with views of the neighboring mountains and the lowlands.
On the western slope of the mountain spring the two sources of the Vistula, the White Wiselka ( Biała Wisełka ) and the Black Wiselka ( Czarna Wisełka ), which came together in the Vistula River Reservoir at Wisła Czarne.
