The Baraolt Mountains (Romanian Munţii Baraolt ) is a low mountain range north of Brasov in a loop of the Olt and is one of the Eastern Carpathians in Transylvania.
The largest city in the area is Sfântu Gheorghe, the highest peak of Varful Havad 1019 m. The Baraolt Mountain is a popular hiking area.
