Barbara Harris (actress)

Barbara Harris ( born July 25, 1935 in Evanston ) is an American actress.

Life

Barbara Harris is the daughter of businessman Oscar Harris and the pianist Natalie Densmore.

She began her acting career as a teenager in the Playwrights Theatre in Chicago. She was a member of the Compass player, one of the first improvisational theater ensembles in the United States, which later became the theater group The Second City emerged.
