Barbara Paulus

Barbara Paulus ( born September 1, 1970 in Vienna ) is a former Austrian tennis player.

Life

In 1985, she contested, is formed in the southern city, her first tennis tournament at international level. Her career was extremely successful. She won six tournaments on the WTA Tour, came eleven times in a final and was first performed in the top 10 in the world rankings on 18 November 1996. In 1998 she resigned because of problems with the wrists and elbows from the international tennis events. In 2001, she attempted a comeback and played once a tournament ( first round defeat ).

She is married to the table tennis player Martin Doppler and has a son.
