Bardas ( Βάρδας ) Mamikonian († 21 April 866) was 856-866 Regent for the Byzantine Emperor Michael III .. He was the son of Marinos Mamikonian and the brother of the Empress Theodora, wife of Emperor Theophilos. His family comes from the Armenian dynasty of Mamikonian.
