Barkhatnaya Sopka

The volcano Barchatnaja Sopka (Russian Бархатная сопка ) is composed of andesitic to rhyolitischem rock chain Lavadomen and lies along the Paratunka River northwest of the Wiljutschik volcano on the Kamchatka Peninsula in Russia. Most of the younger cinder cones lie on the south and southeast side of the dome complex.
