Baron Wedgwood

Baron Wedgwood, of Barlaston in the County of Stafford, is a British hereditary title of nobility in the Peerage of the United Kingdom, which is run by the family Wedgwood.

Award

The title was created in 1942 for the military and politicians Josiah Wedgwood. This was a great-great- grandson of Josiah Wedgwood, who founded the Wedgwood porcelain factory. He was Chancellor of the Duchy of 1924 Lancaster have been for 36 years Member of Parliament in the House of Commons and in the first government of Ramsay MacDonald.
