Barros Luco

Sandwich Barros Luco is a sandwich that is topped with grilled beef and cheese.

The sandwich Barros Luco there are now (2012 ) in each snack bar and restaurant in Chile. It got its name because the Chilean politician and president of the years 1910-1915 Ramón Barros Luco this dish very often in his favorite pub in Santiago de Chile, the Confiteria Torres ordered.

The sandwiches are offered in dozens of variations, such as with beef ham or beef fillet, with different cheeses and different white bread variations.

The cousin of the president and senator in the Chilean Parliament Barros Jarpa was eponymous for a sandwich, which is based on the basis of ham and cheese.
