Barse

Source of Barse

The Barse is a river in France, which runs in the Champagne- Ardenne region in the department of Aube. It rises in the Regional Natural Park of the Orient Forest, in the municipality of Vendeuvre- sur -Barse; their source is located here below the medieval castle. The Barse drains generally in a northwesterly direction and reaches in their downstream flood protection and water supply system of the Seine around the Lac d'Orient Lake, which is characterized by a variety of artificial watercourses.
