Bartolomeo Costantini

Bartolomeo Costantini (also: Meo Costantini; born February 14, 1889 in Vittorio Veneto, † July 19, 1941 in Milan ) was an Italian aviator and racing driver.

From 1911 he served in the Italian- Turkish War and the First World War, he became known as the ace on a Société de Production of Aéroplanes Deperdussin.

From 1914 to 1917 he was racing for Aquila Italiana. In 1923 he moved to Bugatti, where he replaced Ernest Friederich, and won in 1925 and 1926, the Targa Florio and the Circuito Lasarte and the Grand Prix of France. In 1935, he was replaced as head of the racing team of Jean Bugatti.
