Baselworld

Baselworld is the world's most important trade show for the watch and jewelery industry and every spring in Basel.

History

The first watch and jewelry fair in Basel dates back to 1917, when it was still held as part of the Basel exhibition-center. 1931 was awarded the fair its own pavilion.
