Basilique de Saint-Denis (Paris Métro)

Basilique de Saint- Denis is an underground station of the Paris Métro. It is located in the Paris suburb of Saint- Denis, and is served by the metro line 13. There is to transfer to the tram line 1 in the aboveground same stop. The station is named after the Cathedral of Saint- Denis.

The station was opened on June 20, 1976 under the name of Saint- Denis - Basilique put into operation, as the portion of the Northeast branch of line 13 was put into service from the station to the station Carrefour Pleyel Basilique de Saint- Denis. Until 25 May 1998 she was the end point of the north-eastern branch of line 13 with the extension of the line was renamed in Basilique de Saint- Denis took place.
