Basse-Kotto

Basse- Kotto (German Niederkotto ) is a prefecture in the Central African Republic, with its capital Mobaye.

Geography

The prefecture is located in the south of the country and bordered to the northwest and west by the prefecture Ouaka, in the northeast of the prefecture of Haute- Kotto, to the south by the Democratic Republic of Congo and to the east by the prefecture Mbomou.
