Bastian Knittel

Bastian Knittel ( born August 8, 1983 in Bad Cannstatt ) is a German tennis player.

Career

Living in Ditzingen Knittel plays in the second tennis league for the TC Radolfzell. In 2007 he participated at the French Open for the first time in the qualifying at a Grand Slam tournament, but he left in the first qualifying round. In 2010, he was able to achieve in each case the second qualifying round at Wimbledon and the U.S. Open. In July 2010, Knittel qualified in Stuttgart for the first time for the main draw of an ATP tournament, but lost in the first round against Pablo Andújar.
