Batan Iceland is a Philippine island in the province of Albay. It lies about 12 km off the coast of the Bicol Peninsula and separates along with Cagraray, Guinangayan, Rapu Rapu - Iceland the Gulf of Lagonoy from the Gulf of Albay in the western Philippine Sea. Batan Iceland is administered by the municipality of Rapu - Rapu metropolitan area of. On the island there are 21 barangays of the municipality, they are described as a village in 2007 and had a population of 20,539 people, the population living mainly from fishing, are found in the coastal plains and smaller agricultural areas. On Batan Iceland is the cave Minaroso that was used by the former inhabitants as a tomb.

Ferry to the island is made up from the port of Legazpi City and Sorsogon City. The crossing takes about 45 minutes to an hour. Another island of Batan is located in the northern Philippine province of Batanes.
