Battle for the Sun

Battle for the Sun is the title of the sixth studio album by the international alternative rock band Placebo. The album was released by the label Play It Again Sam ( PIAS ) on June 5, 2009.

Even before the release of the album, the eponymous single was available to download on the website of the band.

Production

The album was produced by David Bottrill. He was assisted by James Brown, who had already produced the previous album the band meds.

Battle for the Sun is the first album, recorded with the new drummer, Steve Forrest.

Redux Edition
