Battle of Trzciana

The Battle of honey field (Polish Bitwa pod Trzciana ) was a battle during the Polish -Swedish wars from 1600 to 1629 prior to the Treaty of Altmark. It took place on June 27, 1629 at Honig field. In this battle the Swedish army suffered under King Gustav Adolf a heavy defeat against Polish forces under hetman Stanisław Koniecpolski and imperial auxiliary troops under Hans Georg von Arnim - Boitzenburg. King Gustav Adolf escaped only with happiness.
