Bavarian B VIII
The steam locomotives of Class VIII B of the Royal Bavarian State Railways were a Tender locomotives for passenger trains.
These six locomotives of this type are direct precursors of the first two -coupled Bavarian express locomotives of Class B IX. They were provided with an inner control the type Stephenson, inner slide boxes, Aufsteckkurbel and an outlying filling frame. For better load distribution, the firebox was supported.
They were bay with tender submitters of design. 3 T 9 equipped.
