Bay of Plenty (Region)

The Bay of Plenty region of New Zealand is an administrative policy. It lies on the North Island on the bay.

Geography

The more than 12,000 km ² region is bounded by the north completely from the bay. In the east the Raukumara range forms a natural boundary to the Gisborne region. The south-east is delimited by the Huirau rank of the Hawke's Bay region. All along the western border of the Waikato region joins.
