Bayankhongor Province

The Bajanchongor Aimag (Mongolian Баянхонгор Аймаг ) is an aimag ( province ) of Mongolia, which extends from the western center south to the Chinese border.

Geography

The Bajanchongor Aimag covers very different landscape types. In the north it occupies part of the Khangai Mountains. South of a plane with several salt lakes.
