Bazita Peak TV Tower

The TV Tower Zalaegerszeg (Hungarian: Tévétorony Bazitán ) is a building in western Hungary Zala county, he located approximately four kilometers south-west from the city center Zalaegerszeg on the western edge of the forest on the Bazitaspitze ( a popular destination). The tower is about 100 meters high and was designed as a reinforced concrete structure. The striking design also forms a landmark.

The TV Tower Zalaegerszeg has height of 60 meters a viewing platform from which you can see in clear weather the eastern foothills of the Alps. The tower is also used occasionally in the conduct of physical experiments, is in its interior a free-fall simulator. This explains also the unusual construction of the tower: the rise and access to the upper floors is via an external staircase.
