Bazu Worku

Bazu Worku (born 15 September 1990) is an Ethiopian long- distance runner who specializes in road races.

In 2009, he won the Paris Half Marathon in 1:01:56 hours and was on his debut over the full distance second in the Paris Marathon in 2:06:15 h

In 2010 he was third in the Ottawa Marathon. He scored the same place at the Berlin Marathon, where he was previously the youngest runners remained 2:05:25 under the 2:06 mark.

Bazu Worku is 1.70 meters tall and unmarried. He is supervised since 2008 by Elite Sports Management International ( ESMI ).
