BBC Radio 3 Awards for World Music

The BBC Radio 3 Awards for World Music were the British radio station BBC Radio 3 Music donated prizes were awarded from 2002 to 2008 annually to artists in the field of world music. The event was canceled by the BBC without further notice for any reason in 2009.

The Awards for World Music are also often referred to as BBC World Music Awards (German: World Music Awards ) referred to, but are not to be confused with the eponymous World Music Awards (German: World Music Awards ), which the musicians with the highest record sales will be issued worldwide.
